What can I bring?

It Low-back chair (35" or lower)
Blanket
1 small bottle of water, sealed
Purses / Fanny packs
Sunglasses, hats, and non-aerosol sunscreen
Personal Umbrella

What should I leave at home?

Outside food & beverages
No Pets (except service animals)
High-back chairs (chairs must be 35" or lower)
Large umbrella
Glass of any kind
Pop-up tent or tent of any kind
Illegal substances (no drugs of any kind)
Coolers

Does the ticket price include food?

No. However, a great variety of delicious food choices are available for purchase throughout the festival.

Can you buy additional children’s tickets at the gate?

Kids 17 and under are admitted free with paid adult. There is no need to purchase a separate ticket.

Can I bring my dog or other pets?

No. (Service Dogs must have certification and a marked vest)

The success of Gator By The Bay relies on the incredible support of our volunteers! There are many fun ways to get involved, and the experience is both rewarding and exciting!

Flexibility

As we get closer to the festival, the availability of some jobs, shifts, and times may change. We kindly ask for your flexibility as we finalize details. You will receive confirmation of your volunteer hours as soon as possible.

Free T-Shirt

Each volunteer will receive a Gator By The Bay Volunteer T-Shirt as part of their package. Volunteers are required to wear the T-shirt during their shifts.

To guarantee your shirt, please sign up before April 20th, allowing us enough time to place the order.
